The KD Radio California link has been reaching maximum capacity several times daily.  Although this can happen at any time, it usually happens Monday through Friday between 6am and 10am PST. 
Please wait a few minutes and try again.  Most people report they can log on to the music on the second or third try.

KD Radio uses Windows Media Player. If you don't have it,
a free download is available from Microsoft.
